2012 Chinese New Year Order and Delivery Notice (2/1 Update)

Dear Customers,


First of all, we wish you have a Happy New Year. Our team wish you have a great holiday, and best wish for this year.

If you know Chinese calender, you will aware that the Chinese New Year is different every year (2011 Chinese New Year at the early of Feb). And this year, the Chinese New Year at 23/1. As Chinese New Year is one of the most important festivals for Chinese, most people will off and go home for family gathering. And the length of holiday depends on the agreement of staff and the factory / shop owner. From record, it will nomrally be 1 week and up to 1 and 1/2 month.

As all QutieLand's products are also made in China, part of the orders may be effected, detail as follow:

1. For those Orders' should be finished during Chinese New Year holiday, we have agreement with our suppliers that they will process the order in Urgent Order and will try to finish the production before the holiday period. (But the delivery may got to wait until the EMS / DHL Office re-opened one week after the New Year.)

2. For Orders production schedule crash with the Chinese New Year hoilday, our suppliers have promised to try to make the deliver time as per the original production schedule as close as possible.

3. For Orders placed after 15/1/2012, the production will be started once the factory back to work after the Chinese New Year Holiday. The back to work date will vary from 1/2/2012 to mid of Feb (brands depends).


And QutieLand has agreement with several brands under our shop, those brands' products won't be effected by the Chinese New Year holiday and can keep the production as normal for QutieLand's customers, brands list as follow:

- Infanta
- Rococo Soul

Remark: As per previous year experience, some orders may delayed for about 2 weeks of time as per normal production schedule during the Chinese New Year holiday period, this can be used as reference.
